Services vary by location. Choose your collection point according to your accommodation, preferred lift and the facilities you need: lockers, telemark, Nordic skiing, workshop or group support.
Alpine skis, snowboards, cross-country skis, telemark, snowshoes, sledges and children’s equipment, depending on each store.
Ranges are selected according to ability, body shape and planned terrain. Boots and settings are checked at collection even when the booking was prepared online.
Clothing, goggles, gloves, accessories and leading-brand equipment, with foot analysis and personalised boot fitting.
Complete your equipment with helmets, goggles, gloves, protection and clothing. If you plan to buy skis, ask about seasonal opportunities to test equipment first.
Base grinding, filling, edge sharpening, waxing and repairs performed by our workshop.
An initial inspection distinguishes routine servicing from a more extensive repair. Bases, edges and bindings are examined before the appropriate work is proposed.

Shared storage or private heated lockers depending on the store, so you do not carry equipment every day.
Lockers are especially useful for families and accommodation away from the lifts. Options, capacity and booking conditions differ between stores.

Schools, organisations, companies and large families can coordinate participant information. Contact us early to organise sizes, collection and special requirements.
Practical support
Rental does not end when a pair of skis is handed over. We prepare the equipment, confirm the fit at collection and remain available if your comfort or plans change.
Book the appropriate range and provide details for every skier. Groups, schools and organisations should contact us early so equipment, collection point and timing can be coordinated.
Try boots with suitable ski socks. The team checks the binding information, confirms your level and explains the equipment whenever needed.
Tell us quickly about pain, poor boot fit or equipment that does not suit your activity. We will look for an adjustment or exchange, subject to availability.
Bring the equipment back to the agreed store. Our technicians can also inspect your own skis or snowboard and recommend maintenance before your next trip.
Services and stores
All five stores share the same focus on advice, but their locations and facilities serve different needs. Always confirm that the required service is available for your dates.
The village and Les Chattrix stores suit skiers starting directly in the Saint-Nicolas area. Both have convenient parking; ski storage is available at Les Chattrix.
Le Bettex provides collection on the ski area, including telemark equipment and heated lockers. Le Nerey, near the Saint-Gervais gondola, is convenient for collecting equipment in the valley.
At the Hameau du Lay, the store faces the Montjoie gondola. It supports alpine and Nordic skiers, groups and families, with several storage options subject to availability.
